Friendly Football >> LSCM 0 StanChart 3 @ Stadium Raja Muda, Kg Baru on 13th Mac 2010... a strengthening of ties with our new sponsors, Standard Chartered Bank.
The game itself was good even though we couldn't come out with our best 11 as most of our players were working.
The game was played in 3 periods of 20mins for each. The game started with StanChart hitting us with 2 goals in the very 1st period. But in the 2nd period we had plenty of chances including a missed penalty, two shots hitting the post and the final period even had a Luis Garcia-ala-goal-against-Chelsea not given by the referee. The end of the 3rd period saw them eventually scoring thier 3rd goal.
All in all, a good game and we will be playing another friendly with them very soon, maybe by next month.The time and date will be made known in the coming weeks...
